Our Booking Procedure is Simple
• Initial Enquiry - contact our ski team to discuss the size and requirements of your group - decide upon date and destination and then make a NO OBLIGATION provisional booking - this will give you time to collect your deposits of £40 per person for coach tours or £100 for flight tours (if using a low-cost airline £200 deposit is required). We will send you a booking form at this stage.
• Send in your booking form with a cheque for the first deposits made payable to Venture Abroad to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt of your cheque, you will receive confirmation of your booking and comprehensive information on your chosen resort.
• Pay your second deposit: 8 weeks after booking your second payment of £70 per person (for coach tours) or £100 per person (for flight tours) is due.
• Your final invoice will be sent to you 14 weeks before departure and payment is required 10 weeks before you go.
• Approximately 4 weeks before departure you will receive your Final Documentation. This will include information on your accommodation and resort, your final travel itinerary, luggage labels and any other relevant documents.
